Hi, I'm Erika. I am here to help you create routines and strategies to help you lead a happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle. I am here for accountability, support and mentorship.

A little bit about me. I speak 2 languages, I have studied Psychology, I have an AA in legal administration, a minor in International business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I have overcome lots of obstacles and have found a way to live a great life even when life throws us curve balls. I’ve gone through rape, false friendships, toxic relationships, dealt with close family members passing, drug abuse in the family, weight loss, business ownership, MLN success, getting in my best shape, and going back. I've been a teen mom, single mom, married mom, saved my marriage and a new mom in my 40th. While being a working mom, currently still working for WW. I have been a very successful coach for the past 10 years. I've learned to love myself, be my best girlfriend and most of all be happy, healthy and have balance in my life.
