Personal Coach Erika

Had a great first session I felt heard and understood which made me feel comfortable enough to be honest and open with her. I am excited to start this journey knowing I have this kind of support.

she was so warm and helpful to me and understanding of my concerns and answered my questions in a clear way. she made it so it was enjoyable and had an outlook that would push me even with my personal struggles and crazy schedule she made it seem reachable and doable!! I really feel like I made a great choice in choosing her as my coach!!

She listened to my needs. She had some new perspective and strategies I can try.
